Benefits of Sharing Gratitude

Posting gratitude in an online community has been a life-changing experience for me. I have posted more than 3,160 days since November 2009. It has taught me to be thankful not only for the big things but also the little things, like a fleeting moment of beauty, God’s constant grace, small kindnesses and glimpses of a silver lining in unwanted situations. Reading others’ gratitude teaches me new things to give thanks for.
