Meditation: Awakening To Your Thoughts & Emotions

Dates: June 18 to August 20
Day/Time: Tuesdays from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm (CDT) for 10 weeks
Where: The Mindfulness Classroom of
Maximum Enrollment: 8

Complete the registration form below and submit. If you will miss more than two sessions, please wait to take the class until you can participate more fully.

If you want to take the class but require an evening class, please complete the form. Where it asks “Do you need an evening class?” — answer “yes” and enter your time zone. If there is enough interest, I may be able to offer evening and daytime classes starting June 18.

Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The first eight registrants will be confirmed. All registrants whether confirmed or denied will receive email notification. The email to confirmed registrants will include instructions to enter the classroom and other details about the class.
