Meditation: Awakening To Your Thoughts & Emotions

Dates: January 21, 2020 – March 24, 2020
Day/Time: Tuesdays from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm (CST)
Day/Time: Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (CST)
Where: The Mindfulness Classroom of
Maximum Enrollment/Class: 10 participants

Complete the registration form below and submit. Please indicate whether you want the 12:30 – 2:30 pm or 5:00 – 7:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) class.

Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you will miss more than two sessions, please wait to take the class until you can participate more fully. All registrants will receive an email confirming receipt and status of your registration, either “Confirmed” or “Wait List.”
